Originally founded in 1999 under the name of Freedom Contract Management, McClinton & Roy is an outsourced procurement support services firm based in the National Capital region. McClinton & Roy provides direct support to Prime government contractors as well as SME support to government relations & lobbying firms.
The McClinton & Roy team is comprised of former federal government Contracting Officers & industry procurement experts. We put our decades of federal procurement experience to work every day to add value to our clients.
Our Approach
We recognize every client situation is different so we specialize in offering customized solutions. Our typical pricing model consists of a 12-month teaming arrangement with monthly billing cycles. At the beginning of every project, we sit down with the client to define the scope of project, discuss measurable outcomes, & establish mutually agreeable roles.
